The LPM Certification Training Workshop is designed:

  • To teach the core concepts of project management tailored to legal matters and legal organizations, and
  • To provide the information needed to immediately begin to apply these approaches to legal matters.
  • This is an interactive workshop designed as a skills-based approach to learning the fundamental techniques of LPM.
  • All participants will earn a LPM Institute LaunchPad™ Certificate in the Fundamental Skills of Legal Project Management.
